Hi, I’m Coach Phoebe.

I’m a certified holistic health coach providing one-on-one programs that focus on re-analyzing your daily life to get you back the energy and confidence you need and crave! I work with you, supporting you to make the lifestyle changes you need to live the life you’ve always dreamed. Even if that means just being able to get through the day without the mid-afternoon slump or losing those last 10 (or more) pounds, together we can make your future goals into present reality!


My Credentials

I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a program that allowed me to explore more than 100 dietary theories and learn from some of the top world-class educators who are leading physicians, researchers, doctors, and nutrition experts at the forefront of the health and wellness movement.

I also have a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell.


How it works

I don’t just tell you what to do and expect you to make a complete 180 like magic. Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Have you ever wanted something in your life, but found you couldn’t achieve it alone? That is where I come in!

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
