Super Bowl weekend is upon us friends! Whether you are rooting for the Carolina Panthers or the Denver Broncos (or just watching the commercials), we’ll all be eating lots of yummy food during game time! It is not always easy for those of us with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions to eat freely at parties, so I’ve compiled a list of super yummy gluten-free and vegan treats for you to bring or make for your party!
Fries, Tots, Dips, Pizza, Mac and Cheese, and sweet (and spicy) desserts aplenty! One thing is for sure, these treats are sure to be loved by all! Read on for links!
Chile Con Queso Dip via Veggies Don’t Bite. This recipe has a few steps but oh WOW is it worth it!!!
Smashed Chickpea Avocado Dip via Forks Over Knives. Guacamole with extra protein? I’d be fine if i ONLY had this to eat at a party!
Spaghetti Squash Tater Tots via She Likes Food. Tater tots = YUM. Adding spaghetti squash in with the potatoes and baking them? Genius!
Buffalo Chickpea Pizza with White Garlic Sauce and Celery Ranch via Vegan Richa. Do these flavors get any more Super Bowl? And who doesn’t like pizza?!
Baked Mac and Cheese Cups via Chocolate Covered Katie. Yummy vegan mac and cheese made bite-sized for easy game-time eating!
Spicy Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries via Strength and Sunshine. These fries look like the perfect blend of crispiness and potato-ey goodness! And spiced fries are always the best, so these can’t be beat!
Muddy Buddies aka Puppy Chow via Hipsterfood Kitchen. I have always and will always love Muddy Buddies! Crunchy Chex cereal coated with peanut butter and chocolate then dusted with powdered sugar. The perfect addictive sweet for the game!
Spicy Raw Mayan Truffles from Minimalist Baker. Since game day food tends to lean towards the spicier side, why not a spicy dessert? These Truffles are so decadent and tasty no one will suspect they are healthy!
What are you eating on Sunday? Will you watch the game?
